Kundalini Meditation for Beginners: Your 7-Day Gentle Guide to Awakening Calm, Clarity, and Everyday Magic Simple Practices + an Ancient Herbal Secret to Make Sitting Still Effortless (Even If Your Mind Won’t Shut Up) By Jace Lumen

Tired of meditation apps that leave you more frustrated than peaceful? You’re not broken—your nervous system is just wired from years of stress, and forcing a blank mind feels impossible when thoughts race like a highway at rush hour.

This beginner-friendly, free downloadable guide changes everything—without the overwhelm, without the woo-woo overload, and without requiring you to become someone you’re not.

In just 7 gentle days (10–20 minutes per day), you’ll go from “I can’t meditate—my brain won’t shut up” to moments of real presence: noticing birds singing like music, feeling the wind on your skin like a soft caress, or simply resting in a calm that feels like coming home.

Inside you’ll discover:

A step-by-step 7-day plan built specifically for restless minds: starting with simple breath anchors, body scans, and gentle spinal breathing, then building to mantra, easy Kundalini yoga movements (like Spinal Flex and Frog Pose), third-eye visualizations, heart-opening practices, and a powerful integration day.
Real, relatable troubleshooting: what to do if you cry out of nowhere, feel heat in your spine, get overwhelmed, or “nothing happens” (spoiler: it’s all normal and good).
The lifestyle tweaks that supercharge results: eating the rainbow (especially fresh fruits), cutting afternoon caffeine, daily sunlight, barefoot grounding, and prioritizing deep sleep.
The game-changing “ancient herbal secret”: Jace’s personal story of how a precise Ayurvedic blend (Ashwagandha for cortisol calm, Bacopa for laser focus, Tulsi as liquid yoga, Haritaki for gentle detox, and Shankhpushpi for effortless quiet) finally made stillness feel natural instead of forced. Includes a simple nightly ritual to pair with your practice.

Jace shares his raw journey—from corporate burnout in 2016 to unknowingly sparking Kundalini on Dominican beaches, intensifying during the pandemic, and discovering the herbal formula that ignited full awakening by 2023. Written in warm, first-person style from his little beach house in Sosúa, this guide feels like a friend sharing the biggest life hack.

Perfect for:

Absolute beginners who’ve failed at meditation before
